Terms & Conditions
Guests may cancel their reservation up until 16.00 the day prior to arrival at no cost. Cancellation later than this entails a fee corresponding to the total price of the confirmed booking, including any add-on purchases. If a guest is no-show for their reservation, they will likewise be billed for the confirmed amount on the booking confirmation.
All cancellations are to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org - Subject: Cancellation.
Please provide either your booking number, or the phonenumber used for this booking.
Reservation changes are considered to be cancellations if the changes result in a shortening of the length of stay or a reduction in the number of rooms. Any purchases can also be canceled until the day before arrival at. 16:00, after which these are settled in full.
The guest may require written documentation in the form of a mail or letter from Hotel Vejlefjord in timely receipt of cancellation.
For bookings of 5 rooms or more, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Until 16:00 8 weeks before arrival, guests can cancel up to 100% of the reservation.
- Until 16:00 4 weeks before arrival, guests can cancel up to 50% of the reservation.
- Until 16:00 10 days before arrival, guests can cancel up to 25% of the reservation.
- Until 16:00 the day before arrival, guests can cancel up to 10% of the reservation.
- If canceled after 16:00 on the day of arrival, the reservation will be charged in full.
The rooms are available from kl. 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 Monday to Friday and at 11:00 saturday-sunday.
Late check-out is available, please inquire at the front desk in advance.
If the room is vacated later than the above mentioned times, Hotel Vejlefjord may charge for an extra night.
Both the guest and Hotel Vejlefjord are required to comply with the reservation agreement.
In case of force majeure and force majeure similar situations, can Hotel Vejlefjord not be held liable for cancellations without notice. Force Majeure means extraordinary conditions that are outside of Vejlefjord's direct control, including, inter alia, fire, water damage, strike/lockout, and illness in the staff.
Eventual compensation for non-compliance of the agreement in all cases other than force majeure may not exceed the total price of the reservation and any indirect losses, such as profit loss, are not covered.
Valuables / storage of luggage etc.
Hotel Vejlefjord can not be held responsible for loss or theft of valuables / baggage in rooms or on hotel premises, including luggage storage and changingroom lockers.
Valuables and / or luggage left or forgotten on the rooms and on the hotel's premises are stored until 3 months after departure, after which it will be handed over to official lost and found offices.
We offer shipping services for lost items at DKK 75,- including handling and shipping. This fee only applies for danish adresses.

Hotel Vejlefjord can not be held liable for vandalism or theft of parked vehicles on the hotel premises.
Cleaning of the rooms takes place daily between kl. 10.00 and 14.00.
Hotel Vejlefjord is entitled to avoid cleaning if the cleaning is made more difficult by baggage or other items belonging to the guest. For stays longer than three days, bed linen is changed if requested.
