Meeting and conference rooms

Our conferencerooms have sizes that meet the needs and expectations of most seminar- and conference organizers. 

Layout of the premises will be agreed upon with you. When we have jointly agreed upon the course of the seminar, you should not think of anything other than the academic content, the rest will be provided by us. We are always happy to meet individual requirements and will be available throughout for further inspiration.

All rooms offer views of the beautiful surrounding countryside – and, furthermore, the premises at ground level all have direct access to the park and forest.

The six big conference rooms 

Kongesalen, The King's Hall our largest Conference Room accommodating up to 240 delegates

Krystalsalen, The Crystal Room seeting for up to 120 delegates.

Prydsalen, The Ornamental Room. Space for up to 60 people in an auditorium style.

Spejlsstuen, The Mirror Room is ideal for smaller meetings, such as board meetings and intimate dinners in a private dining room.

Østsalen, The East Hall, is a spacious Conference Room on the hotel's 3rd floor with lots of natural daylight and views of the beautiful scenery. Up to 70 delegates.

Vestsalen, The West Hall, situated on the 3rd floor, is a bright and spacious Conference Room overlooking the park, forest and fjord. Up to 100 persons.

Additional meeting rooms

Fjordstuen, The Fjord Lounge, is a bright and atmospheric room for an informal gathering or a retreat after a long and productive meeting day. 

The historic Saugman Lounge, business centre and library is named after Professor and Doctor Christian Saugman, Vejlefjord's founder.
